How long does it take for a custom piece?
Create a custom engagement ring, even if you’re not sure what you want. We will help you with one-on-one advice from experts, hand-selected diamonds or gemstones, a step-by-step guided design process, and a unique ring that fits your style and budget. Typically, your custom piece will be in your hands 1-2 weeks after you’ve finalized your design. However, because each project is unique, the time it takes to complete your project may vary.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We will gladly accept the return of unused or undamaged (excluding special orders) merchandise for a full refund (less shipping), subject to the following limitation: For a full refund, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in original condition.
